John W. Collins
John currently serves as our chairman of the board of directors and has over 40 years experience in various aspects of electronic commerce for financial institutions and merchants. Currently, Mr. Collins is CEO of Progeny Management, a private company that offers management services to an array of businesses in the technology, land development and aviation industries. Mr. Collins co-founded InterCept, Inc., a bank data processing company formed in 1986 and sold to Fidelity National Financial in November 2004. Mr. Collins has served on several boards of directors throughout his career.
Drew W. Edwards
Drew W. Edwards has served as chief executive officer since founding Chexar Networks, Incorporated (formerly El Banco Financial Corporation) in 2001. From 1995 until 1999, Mr. Edwards founded and served as chief executive officer and chairman of the board of directors of Towne Services, Inc., a publicly traded e-commerce company providing solutions for over 1,000 banks nationally.
Prior to Towne he held management positions with the Federal Reserve Bank and The Bankers Bank in Atlanta. Mr. Edwards also served on the board of directors of Skylight Financial, one of the nation’s first payroll card companies now owned by Netspend Corporation.

Bailey P. Robinson III
Mr. Robinson received his B.E. Degree from the Civil Engineering School at Vanderbilt University in June of 1966. He worked for two years as a structural engineer for the Rust Engineering Company in Birmingham, AL before joining Wright Industries, Inc. as a management trainee. He entered the U.S. Air Force and upon completion of duty rejoined Wright Industries. He was Chairman and CEO and sold Wright Industries to RTS Plc (British Company) in 2000 and left after his contract ended in 2003. Mr. Robinson is a former bank director of Nashville City Bank. He is currently a member of the Board of Trustees for The Massey School of Business, Belmont University, and is a Partner in Robinson Holdings, LLC in Nashville, TN.
