Drew W. Edwards
Drew W. Edwards has served as chief executive officer since founding Chexar Networks, Incorporated (formerly El Banco Financial Corporation) in 2001. From 1995 until 1999, Mr. Edwards founded and served as chief executive officer and chairman of the board of directors of Towne Services, Inc., a publicly traded e-commerce company providing solutions for over 1,000 banks nationally.
Prior to Towne he held management positions with the Federal Reserve Bank and The Bankers Bank in Atlanta. Mr. Edwards also served on the board of directors of Skylight Financial, one of the nation’s first payroll card companies now owned by Netspend Corporation.

Steven Doctor
Steven has served as a senior vice president and our chief financial officer since June 2004 and currently serves as our chief operating officer. From 1981 until joining us in 2004, Mr. Doctor held various positions with Eastman Kodak Company, including vice president—corporate financial planning, director—motion picture imaging, analyst— professional imaging, marketing director—presentation technologies, and financial analyst. Most recently, he served as divisional vice president—finance from 2000 to 2004. Mr. Doctor holds a Bachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering and Business Administration degree from Carnegie Mellon University and a Masters of Business Administration from Carnegie Mellon Tepper School of Business.
Darryl Storey
Darryl joined us in October 2001 and serves as the chief information officer and senior vice president. From 1997 to 2001, Mr. Storey served as the vice president of information systems for Towne Services, a financial transaction processor, where he was responsible for application development, network design, Internet connectivity and security. Prior to Towne Services, Mr. Storey spent 21 years in the US Air Force/GA Air National Guard where he retired as Chief of Intelligence and Combat Crew Communication.
Beth Fix
Beth joined us in March 2003 and serves as a vice president and controller as well as the director of human resources. From 1998 to 2003, Ms. Fix served as the accounting manager for TBT Enterprises, Inc. Prior to TBT Enterprises, she was vice president in the Consumer Lending Department of First Union National Bank responsible for managing the Personal Credit Line Department and the Home Equity Line Department. Prior to moving to the Consumer Lending Department, she served as Branch Manager in several Atlanta locations. Ms. Fix holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from Georgia State University.
Janice Walker
Janice has served as the director of risk center operations since November 2009. She previously served as the director of operations for Ryla, Inc., a leading call center solutions provider, since January 2009. Prior to Ryla, she served as director for American Telecom Services where she managed call centers performance/operations in Georgia, California and Puerto Rico. From 1995 until 2007, Ms. Walker served in various sales and management positions with Verizon Communications, most recently as its call center manager. Ms. Walker has over 12 years leadership experience in the customer service, sales and call center management field.
Tracy Jackson
Tracy joined us in 2011 as vice president of business development. Prior to joining Chexar, he spent 22 years with PepsiCo in multiple functional areas including business planning, financial operations, business development, sales, and category/consumer insights. His positions included director of sales and category management East division (beverages), director of category management (grocery channel/beverages), PepsiCo large format customer team general manager, Southeast region director of sales, business development manager (Club store, mass, and convenience/gas channels), and senior business planner/financial operations manager. Prior to PepsiCo, Tracy worked six years in Public Accounting and three years in industry as CFO for a privately held manufacturing company. Tracy holds a BS degree in Finance and is a Certified Public Accountant.
