Deposits are QA’d prior to presentment, and x9 image cash letters are created and transmitted daily on behalf of multiple Chexar clients to their existing bank(s) and depository accounts(s). Efficiency and productivity touch treasury, AR and individual locations through elaborate on-line data management tools where reconciliation at every level of the organization is easy and expeditious. A post deposit returns management module provides efficient management of returned checks, exception items, collection and immediate reporting for risk management purposes.
